Remortgage positive equity.

I have just got a quote from Zoopla which now puts us in positive equity, my fixed rate has come to an end. How do I go about remortgage to a better deal not looking to sell just want a better deal. Will I need a large deposit?

  • The amount of equity you now have will determine if you just need that to get a better deal or if you need to top it up with some extra. There are literally hundreds of options available, but you need to speak perhaps to an independent mortgage adviser, who has no ties to any mortgage lender and will give you the best advice! If you would like me to get an independent adviser to call you free of charge no obligations, email me at richard@andrewsnape.com with your details. Good luck and well done with the price increase!
