Location

The plot is located within the crofting township of Tigharry on the west side of North Uist, an area of outstanding natural beauty, located approximately within one mile of sandy beaches. Tigharry is approximately within one mile of the Balranald Nature Reserve where the rspb have a visitors centre and the area abounds with bird life with many rare species including the corncrake, corn bunting and the red breasted phalerope. There is a shop, school and three Presbyterian churches of different denominations approximately within four miles and transport to the school is available.

Directions :-

Travelling from south to north from Bayhead towards Sollas on the A865 the building plot is located approximately half a mile after Tigharry post office.
