From Perth

Follow the Kingsway (A90) to skirt the northern edge of Dundee. Pass Caird Park on the left, and carry on into Kingsway East (A792). Stay on Kingsway East through the first two roundabouts, and, at the third roundabout, take the second exit to enter Arbroath Road (A92). Carry on along Arbroath Road for around two miles until you come to a roundabout. Take the first exit from the roundabout, then the entrance to the development is the second turning on the right.

From the Tay Road Bridge
From the bridge, follow signs for Broughty Ferry, to head along East Dock Street and Broughty Ferry Road (A92), and, around a mile from the city centre, bear left into Greendykes Road. Stay on Greendykes Road through the first roundabout, and, at the next roundabout take the fourth exit to join Arbroath Road. Carry on along Arbroath Road for around two miles until you come to a roundabout. Take the first exit, then the entrance to the development is the next turning on the right.
