From Bishop's Stortford proceed west along the A120 to the A10 and here turn right heading north. On the outskirts of Buntingford proceed on the bypass until you reach veterinary surgery on the right and here turn left on the A507 signposted towards Baldock. Proceed for about one mile and take a small single track road on the right which takes you to a 'T' junction and here turn left and follow the road for about half a mile, then turn left again. After about 200m take the first right adjacent to a water tower and the property is the first one on the left.
