Proceed to Thetford from Norwich via the A11, on reaching the roundabout junction with the B1075 Watton Road turn left where signposted to Thetford. Go straight across the mini-roundabout, straight across the next large roundabout, past the school and fire station and turn second right into Station Road. Follow this road past the station bearing round to the left when Monksgate will be the first turning on the left hand side.

Full detailed planning consent has been granted on appeal with the reference being APP/F2605/V/09/2107417 and APP/F2605/V/09/2107419 relating to applications reference 3PL/2008/1339/LB and 3PL/2008/1340/F.
